Tom Dumez, CHP, CSCS, and President of Prime Compliance, LLC, will be a panelist at the upcoming NAID 2014 Annual Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.  NAID, or the National Association of Information Destruction, will host a session titled "How to Add Compliance Consulting to Your Services" on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 2:30 PM.  The purpose of this session is to learn how to more effectively increase compliance within your company and to your services, thus growing your business.  Known in the record management industry as the expert in HIPAA, this will be Tom's third year contributing to the NAID Conference.  The past two years he has been a featured speaker, and this will be his first year as a panelist.

Tom has nearly 15 years in the record information management (RIM) industry.  Since 2009, Tom has been performing HIPAA training programs focusing on compliance with local, state and federal privacy regulations.  He is a Certified HIPAA Professional and a Certified Security Compliance Specialist, having trained over 50 RIM companies all across the globe.  Prime Compliance was formed in 2012 and is based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Had a bunch of fun with their staff yesterday. Thursday I am off to Peoria, IL to train at Confidential Security Corp. on Friday.
